Aurora Borealis

We stayed in Alaska so late because I (Nancy) really wanted to see
fall colors and the Northern Lights. Well we've seen both. I am so happy. We saw these in Fairbanks on a rare clear night. I set the alarm for 1:30am and just sat looking out the window. It only took a few minutes before we started seeing them.
I'm not the best photographer but these are the shots
I got.

That's the moon.

Below are random pictures we've taken:

Here we are getting propane in Tok, Alaska.

From Tok we took an overnight drive to Dawson City on the Top Of The World Highway.
We put the truck on the George Black Ferry to cross the Yukon River.
An old theater building in Dawson City.
Mom and baby moose just outside of Chicken, Alaska.

Quirky saloon in Chicken.

The chickens in Chicken.

All my life I've called it pop, not soda.
This sign was in a Canadian grocery store.

T-shirt Funny.
Gorgeous glaciers.
